"This two-story rectangular frame building with flat roof is at the east end of a continuous row of wood frame and brick commercial structures (buildings 9-15) dating from 1902 or earlier. The front elevation has been remodelled at various times. It consists of a stucco upper story and a protruding roof cornice with a triangular parapet above. Of the two store fronts with recessed entries on the ground floor the easterly one appears nearly unaltered. The building was used for furnished rooms during its early history." (visit link)
