[PL]: Wzniesiony w 1687 r zostal przebudowany w latach 1794-1795. Po pozarze w 1905 r oremontowany w latach 1909-1910,w 1976 restaurowany. Murowany na planie wydluzonego prostokata z zerszym od nawy prezbiterium w formie osmiobocznej kaplicy, z wieza od zachodu. Nakryty dachem dwuspadowym z powiekami i cebulastym helmem z latarnia na wiezy. Wewnatrz kosciola zachowalo sie barokowe wyposazenie pochodzace z XVIII w. (Zródlo: (visit link)
[EN]: The church was built in 1687, rebuilt from 1794 to 1795. After a fire in 1905 renovated in 1909-1910 and restored in 1976. Brick on a rectangular platform with wider nave chancel in form of an octagonal chapel with a tower from the west. Covered with a gable roof and an onion-shaped dome with a lantern tower. Inside the church there are preserved baroque furnishings from the eighteenth century.
[CZ]: Kostel byl postaven v roce 1687, prestaven v letech 1794 - 1795. Po požáru v roce 1905 renovován mezi lety 1909 a 1910 a zrestaurován v roce 1976. Cihlový na obdélníkovém pudorysu s širším jednolodním knežištem ve forme osmiúhelníkové kaple s veží umístenou západne. Kostel má sedlovou strechu a cibulovitou vež. Uvnitr kostela se dochovalo barokní vybavení z 18. století.
