Coleridge Park is a small suburban green space on the banks of the Assiniboine River. There are several benches located here, but only this bench carries a dedication. The plaque is dated May 2011, but the bench (and all of the other benches in the park) appear to be considerably older than that. Presumably, that dedication was added to the existing bench at that time.
The dedication simply reads
George's Bench
May 2011
and the plaque also has a silhouette of an airplane or glider.
The bench enjoys a view through the oak trees to the Assiniboine River below.
