The headstone is made of concrete, flat at the top and the two corners, with the figure of a small child at the top. There is a circle with nothing in it, perhaps having a photo at one time. This marker has been worn by time and the elements, requiring some help from Findagrave (see website) to fill in the gaps on the inscription:
