Springer Cemetery is located on the grounds of the Springer Missionary Baptist Church on the east side of Springer. There are approximately 678 burials here.
W. G. Wilson's headstone is a traditional tree stump WOW marker. It is a tall stump with slightly squared off edges. The inscription is engraved on a scroll above which sits a dove, and above that, the crossed implements. The inscription reads:
