Wagon wheels create the head and overweight belly of this metal farmer, with a bucket hat and spring loaded legs he pulls his wagon to the garden for some fresh veggies.

Don't know the real name, if it has one, so I just made one up.

Even though this is on private property, it is fully visible and photo available from the public roadway
