Old Bethal Cemetery has at least a dozen is not more graves marked as unknown.
This cemetery is out of the way next to the first church west of the Mississippi that was not catholic. The church was built in 1806. And the cemetery has three graves of revolutionary soldiers buried here.
Turn at N37 21.875 W089 40.733 and follow the road past the ford in the creek and up to the gate. from there walk back.
