In Keene, by Central Square, is the Cheshire County Courthouse, which has a courthouse listed in the NGS dataabase.

The building is located at Central Square, west of the Keen Common. The following is a description from the NGS datasheet:

"DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1957 (JBW)
THE STATION IS THE CHESHIRE COUNTY COURTHOUSE AT KEENE, NEW
HAMPSHIRE. STATION IS LOCATED IN KEENE, AT THE NW ENTRANCE TO
THE TRAFFIC CIRCLE. THE POINT OBSERVED WAS THE UPRIGHT ARM
OF THE CROSS ONTOP OF THE CUPOLA. CUPOLA IS HOUSED ON A RED
BRICK SQUARE BUILDING.

THIS IS AN INTERSECTION STATION."

I did not definitively identify a cross on the top. The description may have meant the cardinal point horizontal cross under the weather vane. If the top has changed, it is likely not that it alters this significantly as an intersection station.
