POST WITH SIGN READING UNDERGROUND CABLE, 13 FEET SOUTHWEST OF A
ROW OF CEDARS TREES, 2 1/2 FEET SOUTHEAST OF POWER POLE 1096B,
1.5 FEET NORTHWEST OF A METAL WITNESS POST, ABOUT LEVEL WITH THE
HIGHWAY AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 0.3 FOOT.

The row of cedar trees in the description is gone. It has since been replaced with a chain link fence. The mark itself is now flush with the ground, and appears slightly pitched, although it could have that appearance due to uneven soil. The road to the immediate south of the station is Floral Avenue, a dirt road at this time.
