Le Parc régional de la Rivière-du-Nord est un lieu reconnu pour son paysage culturel patrimonial. Sur le Sentier des Arts vous y trouverez la sculpture du Bûcheron. Il est tout près de celui du Frère Marie-Victorin. Le Bûcheron est fait de bois de rivage par l'Artiste peintre et sculpteur Michel Giroux. La statue est en position de marche et la longue hache est tenue par une main appuyée sur l'épaule. Elle est de bois massif taillé grossièrement aux ciseaux de bois.
Il est placé près du sentier et de la Rivière du Nord. Puisque les terres des Laurentides étaient d'immense foret. The Regional of the North River Park is renowned for its heritage cultural landscape. Arts on the Trail you will find the sculpture of Lumberjack. It is close to that of Brother Marie-Victorin. The Lumberjack is made of wood shore by Painter and sculptor Michel Giroux. The statue is in the on position and the long ax is held by a hand on the shoulder.
