Zdálky sice pripomíná vcelku zajímavá silueta budovy jakýsi zámecek, ale když prijdete blíž, zjistíte, že s architekturou opravdu není neco v porádku. Stojíte totiž u jednoho z posledních podivných pomníku pozdního socialismu.
Na zacátku byla už v šedesátých letech myšlenka vybudovat v techto místech nový hrbitov pro obec Sloup. A tehdejší funkcionári MNV našli toto místo. Nápad se místním od zacátku nelíbil, je to skoro dva kilometry od centra obce, presto se zacalo stavet.
Vznikla dokonce petice obcanu aby se stavba zastavila. Petice v té dobe nemela nijak velký vliv, rozhodlo ale neco jiného. V míste je vysoká hladina spodní vody, nedalo by se zde pohrbívat. Tehdy stály všechny obvodové zdi, k dokoncení moc nechybelo.
Potom se neco zacalo dít až v polovine let osmdesátých. Celý objekt obec prodala Jihomoravským vodovodum a kanalizacím, které mely zámer vybudovat zde pionýrský tábor pro deti svých zamestnancu.
Vznikl projekt hlavní budovy v podobe „zámku“ s vežickami, ten se zacal ve druhé polovine osmdesátých let stavet. Vzniklo tak dílo, které mužete nyní ocenit. Po zmenách po roce 1989 došlo k transformaci Jihomoravských vodovodu a kanalizací na Vodárenskou akciovou spolecnost, která se po nejakém case rozhodla objekt prodat.
Jenže predstavy o cene kolem triceti milionu byly hodne nereálné. Tento stav trvá již více než deset let. Pokud se obcas nejaký zájemce objeví, po prozkoumání stavu vnitrku budovy ze zájmu rychle sejde.
Budova totiž nejenom chátrá, ale vše jakžtakž použitelné bylo rozkradeno, když vlastník z financních duvodu zrušil strážní službu. Proto je velmi reálné, že se budova bud sama rozpadne nebo bude v budoucnu jako stavba nebezpecná svému okolí odstranena.
POZOR: V okolí budovy dejte pozor na otevrený kanál. Je zarostlý travou asi 3 m od budovy. Prístupová cesta je bezpecná.

But the idea about the price around thirty million were pretty unrealistic. This condition lasts for more than ten years. If an occasional candidate appear, after examining the condition of the building's interior from the interest quickly gather.
