The Toluca Coal Mine Association wishes to recognize Anna Mae Terrell. A desire to pass her wonderful childhood memories of the area motivated Anna Mae to hold onto her family owned property until it could be restored. Her wishes to have everyone know the history of the coal mines and enjoy the natural surrounding beauty.
