EN: Zuzgen is a municipality in the district of Rheinfelden in the canton of Aargau with about 860 inhabitants.
The name comes from the Old High German, presumably "Uzinghofun", meaning "at the people of Uzo". First mentioned was the village in 1288 as "Zuzchon".
The sign is located on the southern edge of the village on the road to Hellikon.

Der Name stammt aus dem althochdeutschen, vermutlich "Uzinghofun", was bei den Höfen der Sippe des Uzo bedeutet. Erstmals erwähnt wurde der Ort 1288 als "Zuzchon".
Das Schild befindet sich am Südrand von Zuzgen an der Strasse nach Hellikon.
