They also cater, and they have quite a bit of room for everybody. If you're dining in, you'll order at the counter, and they'll bring your food out to you. Give it about ten to fifteen minutes for carry-out.
You can do plates or sandwiches, with the option of ordering food by the pound. Your selections are sliced/chopped brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, brisket, sausage (hot links, regular, and jalapeño), ham, turkey, chicken (on the bone) and baked potatoes. Your sides include pinto beans, cole slaw, green beans, fried okra, baked beans, mac and cheese, potato salad, fries, corn, fried cabbage, and garlic cheddar potatoes. There is also a kids option for children under twelve. Soft drinks and iced tea are available, no alcohol, and cobbler, cookies, pecan pie, and scotcharoos (Rice Krispies Treats with butterscotch) are your dessert options. As meat is available by the pound, you can order as much as you like in order to "pig out," but they do have two Tail Chaser options, which are all-you-can-eat, one includes ribs, one doesn't. You can also buy one of their family packs to tackle yourself, ranging from $30.99 to $49.99. If you're going on the cheap, $5.29 will get you a single meat sandwich and a glass of water.
