A plaque attached to a pillar outside the Town Hall commemorating the 150 years of the City of Greater Geelong and it's previous municipalities. Local Municipal Government was declared on 12th of October 1849, plaque unveiled on 12th October 1999 and lists the names of the Mayor and councillors
