Situé au Parc du Millennium le long du sentier vers la gauche.
Le banc est fait de planches de bois beige et les montants de fer de couleur gris. Une plaque située au milieu de la partie dos où on lit "Lovin memory Sheila and Lyle Spicer". A l'arrière du banc il y a de gros sapins et au bout du parc on voie le fleuve ST-Laurent. Il y a un stationnement limité à 1h30. Dans ce parc il y a 3 rotondes différentes et un parcourt d'équipements d'exercices le long de tout le sentier.

Located in Millennium Park along the trail to the left.
The bench is made of planks of wood and beige amounts of gray iron. A plaque in the middle of the back part where it says "Lovin memory and Lyle Sheila Spicer". Behind the bench there are large firs and down the road we park the ST Lawrence. There is limited parking at 1:30. In this park there are 3 different pavilions and runs of exercise equipment along the entire trail.
