This water tower is located on a hill along Route 481 between Fulton and Oswego, N.Y..

This water tower is the standard one leg (bulb) type and is painted white with the letters O.C.W.A. painted in black on the side that faces route 481. There is an access road that goes past the tower from a side street that goes back in past a nursing home and convalescent home. The property is fenced off for security purposes.
