This fountain is located in front of the Old Parliament Building in Athens.

This large fountain has an abstract sculpture in the center.
There is a sign...but it is only in the Greek alphabet. Photo included....so, hope a future visitor can interpret and provide the information.
The fountain seems to be relatively new since at the time of the posting of this Waymark, Google maps seems to show it under construction.
