visit link) "Ezekiel Zimmerman, octagon house, brick, 2½ story, large 4 gabled cupola, exterior walls 3 bricks thick and were made on the property. Four alternate sides are finished with high-pitch gables. The roof is covered with original red Russian tin with standing eaves and at the eaves the tin is turned up to form the gutters. A wooden porch extends along four sides."
