The administrative office is next door in the old Rose Springs/Post Office building. (Side entrance) There is a paved side to wash down equipment and refuel. Trucks must back in. The "neighborhood" is heavily wooded with sudden driveways and narrow two lane winding roads.
This area had pioneer families of El Dorado County from the early 1860's. Today they serve a community of five acre ranchlets with many private roads.
