Located inside Scheels is this large display case highlighting the Gary Fisher Mountain Bike Museum. Gary Fisher was a pioneer of the mountain bike and helped to create the mountain bike what it is today. There's a timeline in the display case that begins in 1963 with Gary Fisher starting to compete in road and track bicycle races at the age of 12 and spans through major events in Gary's life revolved around bikeriding and ends in 2006 with Fisher introducing the lightest 5 travel bike on the market, the Hi Fi. Also in the display case is the very last Gary Fisher mountain bike ever produced and was retired here at Scheels in 2010. Trek Bikes ended production of the Gary Fisher stand-alone bike although they continue to produce a 'Gary Fisher collection' of bikes in their product line.
