Cornerstone for the Officers Club located at the Former US Army Post Fort Niagara.

The building was constructed in 1938 by the US Quartermaster Corps to house the officers assigned to the post.

As a side note, the building was used to house German POWs during the end of the second world war. However, by 1950, US troops again occupied the entire post, and would remain until the early 1960's when the Post was closed.
