In Belfast's downtown section is this building, with a dated feature showing the date, 1824, and the name of the building, Phoenix Row.

The building is located on the northeast side of High Street, near the Belfast City Hall and local movie theater.

The first floor has the Fiddlehead Artisan Shop. The other parts are loft residences.

I was attempting to find out information about the building. As it turns out, this date is actually for the original block of buildings made of wood named Phoenix Row. In 1887, a fire burned these buildings down but were quickly rebuilt - this time in brick.
