Jean's Itsy Bitsy Diner occupies part of the club house for the former Dreamland Golf Course in Mesa, Arizona. The diner and the golf course were part of the Velda Rose retirement community. First begun in 1964, the community prospered in the desert outside of Mesa. It was centered around a hot spring with a motel, drive in theatre and golf course and a Methodist church. Now all that remain are the church and the diner/golf club for the course. The surrounding housing is all mobile home parks. Jean's Diner is in the Eastern part of the building. A small putting green allows diners to sit on the patio, enjoy a meal, and put on the green. The golf course in undergoing reconstruction. The diner features low priced breakfasts and lunches. It retains the patio seating.
