This statue of cowboy, part of an arrangement of life-sized cattle and cowboy sculptures standing next to Hwy 395, is located in Pendleton, Oregon.

Directions:

I-84 exit 209, northbound side, next to US 395.

Unfortunately, we didn't find any information regarding this arrangement. Statues seems to built of steel and ferrocement (reinforced concrete) instead of more traditional materials and painted.
