"earthquake, has two stories and stucco siding. The front (north) elevation is arranged symmetrically. The parapet is flat and divided vertically into panels. The banded cornice has a dentil course and is supported by decorative brackets that cut the horizontal band below. Beneath the band are six double-hung windows and two more horizontal band. The first story, on which the siding has been scored to resemble granite, has an arched central entrance flanked by two window openings. Both are topped with clerestory windows and have anodized aluminum show windows extending to the sidewalk. Missing from the building is its original domed cupola." (visit link)
