The stone used for this memorial makes it hard to read because of the weathering process and discoloration.

The memorial represents a fair size vertical tree trunk standing on four short log placed in pairs horizontally. On the front of the memorial, about mid-height of the trunk, there is a dedication to C.W. Owens by his wife. Below the dedication there are two lines of writing that I could not read. Below that, above the four logs, there is the sign attesting that this is a Woodmen of the World Memorial.

On the back side of the memorial, there is what I think to be an aquatic plant sculpted on the two horizontal short logs.
