St Peter’s Church overlooks a valley in the middle of a wheat and canola growing area. The walls are stone blocks with red brick quoins. The windows are Gothic style, with stained glass and lead lights. The church shows signs of having been repaired with cement render, possibly due to damage caused by the 1968 Meckering earthquake
