This is a National Ocean Survey tidal station disk set in the wall of the Jefferson County Memorial Athletic Field in Port Townsend, Jefferson County.

The bench mark is a disk set vertically in the SE concrete wall of the Jefferson County Memorial Athletic field at the intersection of Washington and Madison Streets, 2.74 m (9.0 ft) NE of the entrance to the field, 1.52 m (5.0 ft) west of the brass cannon monument, and 1.22 m (4.0 ft) above the ground. The disk is stamped ---TIDAL BM 16 1975---. It is partially obscured by a downspout.
