This sculpture sits atop a high rotating column in the Washington Welcome Center. It appears to be life-sized...and perhaps made from fiberglass. There is no signage indicating the artist, title or date. It depicts the President standing, wearing his typical tall hat with his right hand resting on a stack of books which are set on a short column. A young boy stands in front of Lincoln...both figures looking forward.
