The covered bridge is located at the Thousans Islands Bridge Authority welcome center on I-81. It is a very nice rest area with a tourist information center, a large grassy area with ponds, fountains and a nice little covered bridge. A path makes its way to the bridge and then continues on so you can take a stroll around the ponds.
Painted in red, it looks very pretty in its beautiful surrounding.
