Located at the intersection of Route 3 and Route 302, this Wi-Fi hotspot is offered at the Carroll Memorial Bandstand which is a tribute to those who served from the Revolutionary War on.
There is also a visitor center inside and a Cog Railway is on static display just besides the small building. You also have a great view of the surrounding area.
