This odd plan 2-inch-diameter disc has a centered dot on the concrete right-of-way-like monument along TN State Highway 100. It is approx. 32.5 feet northwest of the center line of said highway and approx. 181 feet southwest of the center line of Willoughby Way across Ensworth High School.

My suspicion is that it is a R.O.W. marker.
