Morgan Building (1913) is located at 720 SW Washington Street, Portland. Architect, builder, or engineer: Doyle, Patterson & Beach. Architectural Style: Beaux Arts. The Art Deco entrance was done by Oregon Brass Works in 1938. There is a large oil painting in the lobby of the large sailing ship Palgrave. It was built in 1884, with a length of 322'-5" and 3185 GRT. She was rigged in 1890 as a four-masted barque. She was wrecked August 11, 1908.
