The former Daley Bicentennial Plaza site has been transformed into Maggie Daley Park, a magnificent lakefront recreation center.

An enormous playground with separate areas based on age. The centerpiece is the Slide Crater with spiral slides, wide slides, and rail slides. There is also a suspension bridge elevated by two towers. The park contains a few regular swings and three nest swings. There are a few spray features in the play areas. The Enchanted Forest is a series of balance beams.
