The courthouse is located at 101 S. Main, at the intersection of Highways 81 and 33. This is a one-story building constructed in 1960. It replaces the original 3-story brick building which burned in 1901, and its replacement 4-story building. The County was established in 1890, after the Unassigned Lands were opened with the Land Run of 1889.
