This pub shows a boat approaching London Bridge, but probably not the one you would expect.

The pub stands next to London Bridge in Stockton Heath.

The bridge carries London Road (A49) over the Bridgewater Canal and was built by Cheshire County Council in 1936.

The pub sign shows a canal boat approaching London Bridge. Although the sign is a painting rather than a photograph, it is a realistic representation of the real bridge.
