The water wheel is located on the Scherzenmuhle mill in Weidenberg. The mill is historical one - it's functioning as open air museum, but the wheel is still working.

The mill can be visited on satudays and sundays between 14-16 (sometimes in other week days - it changes). Sometimes the gate is open and you can see the wheel from nearby. Under any circumstances, it's very well visible from outside.
