QDV suggests the Shrimp or Chicken Murphy. One can choose from a variety of pasta dishes with chicken, veal, fish, shrimp, or lobster. There are beef dishes as well, as this IS Texas, and yes, there are a few steaks and chicken fried steak on the menu. They also serve hot and cold sandwiches and New York-style pizza, and there is a small kids menu.
Red River County is a dry county -- even in 2015, we still have to put up with Prohibition -- so there is no alcohol available here. However, they are a BYOB establishment, and fortunately, there are no silly corkage fees. They'll go one step better and provide glassware for you if you've brought none along, so be sure to share a bit of what you're drinking with your server. There are also soft drinks, and they have a variety of desserts if you still have room after your meal.
Clarksville is a small town, and the Italian Bistro is one of its gems, inside a former saloon: The bar upstairs from the old days is supposed to be quite spectacular. There is plenty of seating here.
