Installed in January 2015, this kinetic is electrically powered, so it is always in motion. The bridge had to be reinforced to handle the harmonics of the constant motion of the piece.

"Denver’s newest public art was just installed on the pedestrian bridge above the rail tracks at Union Station.

“Lola” is a kinetic sculpture. The design beat out hundreds of others submitted.

The 24-foot tall sculpture will always be in motion. It’s meant to look like someone running alongside a train while waving goodbye. " (from (visit link) )
