A group of enthusiasts is created to accommodate young artists in residence photographers of the festival "Europe Art Art" organized until 1993 by the City of Niort.

1994
The Association For the moment deposited its statutes and launches 1st European Photographic Encounters summer.

2000
For the moment organizing a great exhibition "Taking Stock" division comprises ten major international guest artists for 10 years on the occasion of Love.

2007
The association is recognized of general interest. The European Encounters become the "Love of the young international photography", exceeding the European borders.

2011
Recognition by the Minister of Culture, the city of Niort and the Poitou-Charentes region of the photographic contemporary art center project proposed in Niort For the moment.

2013
Opening of the photographic Contemporary Art Centre - Villa Pérochon.




1989
Un collectif d’amateurs se crée pour accueillir en résidence les jeunes artistes photographes du festival "l’Europe d’Art d’Art" organisé jusqu'en 1993 par la Ville de Niort.

1994
L’association Pour l’Instant dépose ses statuts et lance les 1ères Rencontres photographiques européennes d’été.

2000
Pour l’Instant organise une très grande exposition "Faire le Point" qui regroupe les dix grands artistes internationaux invités depuis 10 ans à l’occasion des Rencontres.

2007
L’association est reconnue d’intérêt général. Les Rencontres européennes deviennent les "Rencontres de la jeune photographie internationale", dépassant ainsi les frontières européennes.

2011
Reconnaissance par le ministre de la culture, la ville de Niort et la région Poitou-Charentes du projet de centre d’art contemporain photographique à Niort proposé par Pour l’Instant.

2013
Ouverture du Centre d’art contemporain photographique – Villa Pérochon.
