Auf dem Radweg entlang dem Rhein (bei Stromkilometer 533,8) markiert diese silberne Linie den 50. Grad nördlicher Breite (Breitengrad).
Die Infotafel am Radweg informiert auch, dass die Städte Mainz, Prag, Krakau und Vancouver auf dem gleichen Breitengrad liegen. Und darüber, dass das Obere Mittelrheintal ein Unesco Welterbe ist.
Nach dem Schild hätte mein GPS N 50° 00.000' anzeigen müssen, tatsächlich zeigte es aber N 49° 59.973' E 007° 51.383'

This siver line on the bicycle route along the river Rhine (at kilometer 533,8 of the river) marks the 50th Parallel (50. degree of latitude).
The information board informs that also the cities Mainz, Prag, Krakau and Vancouver are located on this 50. degree of latitude and that the Upper Middle Rhine Valley is Unesco world heritage.
Based on the signs my GPS should have shown N 50° 00.000', but, I read on the display: N 49° 59.973' E 007° 51.383'
Line type: Equal degree of latitude
Tolerance: N 49° 59.973' instead of N 50° 00.000'
If other type, please explain.: Not listed
