Die Figur aus Bronze ist einer der Siegerentwürfe des Wettbewerbs „Temporäre Kunst auf der Landesgartenschau in Bamberg“, im Namen BaERBAla steckt der Name der Baumwollspinnerei ERBA, auf deren ehemaligem Gelände die Landesgartenschau 2012 stattfand.
The bronze figure is one of the winning projects of the competition "Temporary Art at the State Garden Show in Bamberg". The name BaERBAla consists of the name of the cotton company ERBA, on those former site the State Garden Show took place in 2012.
