Susan Union Baptist Church - Wrightsville SC - This Old Church on Waymarking.com

Located at the dead end of a dirt road in Wrightsville SC (population 19), Susan Union Baptist church was established in 1893 as Seven Mill Baptist church and the current building was moved to the present location in 1896. The church was renamed after the person who donated the land for the church, Susan Bohler.

There are no signs of any kind at the church except for a directional marker a few miles away, however a view inside of it shows pews and an altar. They meet the fourth Sunday of each month. There are many unmarked graves near the church and even a few modern graves from the 1960s on the location.

If you visit this church, it is along dirt roads and when I visited today via bicycle, the roads were very muddy. So be warned.
