United States Geological Survey survey mark set in a concrete monument. It projects 4 inches.

The mark was set in 1964.

It does not have an NGS PID, but is included in the Minnesota Department of Transportation database of geodetic stations. The elevation is not stamped on the disk, but it is a third-order vertical mark, with an elevation of 1175.788 feet, and accuracy of 4 inches.

It is in the northeast quadrant of section 35, Township 124 N, Range 30 W. This is north of Jacobs Prairies in Collegeville Township.

Coordinates are from my readings with consumer-grade GPS receiver (HH2).

Here is a corrected version of the to-reach section of the MnDOT database:

3.1 MILES NORTH-NORTHEAST OF COLD SPRING CITY LIMITS, 2.6 MILES NORTH AND NORTHEAST ALONG COUNTY ROAD 2 FROM THE JUNCTION OF COUNTY ROAD 2 AND TRUNK HIGHWAY 23 IN COLD SPRING, 1.9 MILES ALONG ISLAND LAKE ROAD, 30 FEET WEST OF ISLAND LAKE ROAD, 15 FEET NORTH OF HOLLYHOCK ROAD, 6 INCHES NORTHEAST OF WITNESS POST.
