Located within Alton Baker Park and just south of a wooden footbridge is a freestanding brick citizen memorial with a plaque monumented in front that reads:

This garden couldn't be enjoyed in all its glory since we visited it in December so I'm hoping future visitors to this garden will post some nice spring and/or summer pictures.
