This large rock formation near Agua Canyon Lookout, a so-called "hoodoo" named "the Hunter" is a well-known landmark at Bryce Canyon. If you look closely, you can see small trees growing on top of it. Nearby, there is another, but smaller balanced rock formation called "the Rabbit", that is visible on the overview picture in the gallery.
The coordinates point to the lookout, since it is a safe viewpoint.
