Kaple z konce 18. století stojí v místech bývalé návsi vesnice Leskovice. Vesnice byla znicena na samém konci 2. svetové války, dnes jsou zde predevším poválecné domy. Kaplicka je tak nejstarší budovou v obci.

Chapel of the late 18th century, stands on the site of the former village square of old Leskovice. The village was destroyed at the end of WW2, today there are mainly post-war houses. The chapel is the oldest building in the village.
