A wooden observation tower was built in 1932 on Kapelský vrch on the western outskirts of Žamberk; the structure has a stone foundation and is also known under the name of Rozálka. The twenty metre tower has two observation decks – the first at the height of 16 metres and the second just under the top of the tower. A total of 60 wooden stairs lead to the first observation deck, and an additional 16 steep steps lead to the second deck. From the main deck open 360° views of the Orlické Mts., Králický Snežník, Buková Mt., and Suchý vrch. Under favourable conditions it is possible to see all the way to the Krkonoše Mts.

Na Kapelském vrchu na západním okraji mesta Žamberk vyrostla v roce 1932 drevená rozhledna s kamennou podezdívkou, která je také známá pod jménem Rozálka. Dvacet metru vysoká vež má dve vyhlídkové plošiny – první ve výšce 16 metru a druhou tesne pod vrcholem. K první vyhlídkové plošine vede 60 drevených schodu, k druhé pak dalších 16 príkrých schodu. Z hlavního ochozu se otevírá kruhový výhled na Orlické hory, Králický Snežník, Bukovou horu a Suchý vrch. Za príznivých podmínek je možné dohlédnout až do Krkonoš.
