I recovered this U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey benchmark from 1932 in good condition. It is located at the SE wingwall of a concrete bridge spanning Rush Creek. This road was the former Hwy 299 but is no longer used. This benchmark shows on a topo map as 'BM 4375' and the elevation stamping on the disk reads '4375.263'. The NGS datasheet and my more accurate coordinates will place you very close to this mark.
